Support the HR & Workforce Management team remotely for employee data handling, shift schedules, attendance monitoring and HR operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in remote shift planning, roster making & manpower allocation.
Maintain attendance records, leave data & daily WFM reports.
Prepare MIS reports in Excel as per HR requirement.
Coordinate online with team leaders/managers for staffing updates.
Support virtual onboarding tasks & documentation.
Handle employee queries through call / email / chat regarding shift / attendance.
Profile Requirements:
Pursuing MBA(HR) / MHRM / HR specialization preferred.
Good in MS Excel & basic analytical skills.
Good communication & coordination skills.
Able to work independently from home with discipline.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
