Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support in the preparation of offer letters, on-boarding documentation, and orientation for new hires.
Help in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions.
Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files in a confidential manner.
Assist with employee benefits administration, performance appraisals, and employee queries.
Help in conducting exit interviews and preparing reports on employee turnover and feedback.
Support HR team in other ad-hoc projects, administrative tasks, and HR policy implementation.
Contribute ideas and insights to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
