Job Description

Responsibility



Job posting

: Create and update job descriptions, and advertise openings on job boards, social media, and the company's careers page

Sourcing

: Find candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals

Screening

: Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone or video interviews

Interviewing

: Assess candidates' experience, qualifications, and cultural fit through in-person, phone, or video interviews

Background checks

: Verify candidates' references, employment history, and perform background checks

Offer management

: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and answer questions about benefits, compensation, and company policies

On-boarding

: Help new hires get on board and act as a consultant

Metrics

: Track key HR metrics like time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire

Reporting

: Create and maintain reports on recruitment needs and activities

Collaboration

: Work with managers to identify future hiring needs and discuss the efficiency of the recruitment process.
