Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain candidate databases and HR records
Support onboarding and documentation process
Draft emails, notices, and basic HR correspondence
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams effectively
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
Requirements
Female candidates preferred

Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Basic knowledge of HR concepts (preferred, not mandatory)
Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
