We are looking for HR Interns who are passionate about people, learning, and building strong teams. This is a full-time, in-office internship based in Hyderabad, where you'll learn everything: HR operations, recruitment, and people management -- from the ground up.

Your core learning areas and responsibilities include:
Using AI and Automations
Learn and be a HR that can solve work of five HRs single-handedly
Yes, we will invest some time and efforts on your AI and automation readiness
Learning the complete HR & Admin SOPs step-by-step
Compiling resumes from platforms like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn Jobs
Calling and screening applicants, updating databases, and scheduling interviews
Coordinating with team leads/interviewers to ensure smooth interview processes
Following up with candidates to minimize interview no-shows
Evaluating candidates using smart questioning and structured recording
Handling joining formalities and documentation
Managing attendance and payroll data preparation

Every 3 months, BusinessLabs recruits a new batch of fresh graduates for our Software Training cum Internship Program -- a paid training with scholarship opportunity designed to help serious learners start their IT careers.
As an HR Intern, you will actively support this mission -- assisting in the recruitment, coordination, and onboarding of these candidates.
You will play an important part in helping aspiring software professionals begin their journey with clarity and confidence through smooth communication and structured HR processes.

Duration
1 Month Training + 6 Months Internship
After successful completion of a 6-months internship, interns with strong performance will be considered for full-time employment.
You will sign a commitment that if you are selected for continuing as a job, you will have to complete 1 year of tenure with us post internship.

Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)

The ability to stay motivated even after calling 15-20 people an hour, you need to complete 120-150 calls a day at the minimum when such type of position we work on.Extreme calls are done only when we are hiring.
A team-player attitude while also being able to work independently
Candidates from Hyderabad are preferred
Internship Terms
This internship includes 1 month of training + 6 months of internship + 1 year of full-time commitment, totaling 1.7 years (20 months).
In the first 15 days, if you feel this isn't for you, you may withdraw with 2 days' notice -- this period will be unpaid. The company also reserves this right within that timeframe.
Continuing beyond the first 15 days confirms your commitment to complete the entire 1.7-year period (training + internship + full-time employment).
Since the company invests significant time, effort, and training resources to help you learn core HR functions, if a candidate leaves mid-tenure for any reason, they must return all monies received plus ?50,000 towards breaking the bond.This ensures only serious, committed candidates join -- respecting both their own growth journey and the company's investment in their learning.
You must avoid any activity that may conflict with company interests.
Standard legal, confidentiality, and ethical agreements apply -- including Non-Disclosure, Anti-Corruption, Business Confidentiality and Non-Compete.
Stipend & Growth
Stipend: Earn up to Rs 70k in 6 months internship (post 1month Training)
Base pay: ₹5,000 per month during the internship period (Rs 30k in 6months internship) even if you just achieve 75% of mutually set goal.
Performance-based incentives upon accomplishing goals.
Full-time placement opportunities post internship for consistent, high-performing interns
Goals:
Once in 3 months, assisting 100s of candidates apply through our tech training. Max students you will assist and make them join: 20 in a cohort.
Rs 1,000/- per candidate joins the training and completes 6months of training.
Max cohorts in your tenure: 2
Min cohorts in your tenure: 1Min. incentives opportunity: Rs 20k.
(Irrespective of whether the candidate paid for training or received 100% scholarships.)
Fill 6 regular positions in 6months apart from helping 20+ fresher graduates.As they complete their 30days, you get Rs 20k lumpsum for filling 6 positions.
If you have completed 6 months of internships, earned Rs 30k in regular stipend, earned above 40k stipends, total of 70k; you will qualify yourself for the PPO.
