HR Internship
is designed to provide a comprehensive 360-degree view of human resources operations, offering hands-on experience in recruitment, data management, and employee engagement within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
Post job ads, review applications, schedule interviews, and manage the offer/rejection process.
Data Management:
Update employee databases, track absences, and ensure the highest level of data confidentiality.
Onboarding:
Coordinate new hire orientations and prepare all necessary paperwork and materials.
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare reports in Excel/PowerPoint and manage internal staff communications.
Employee Support:
Act as a point of contact for staff questions regarding policies and benefits.
Requirements & Skills
Enthusiasm and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and maintain discretion with sensitive information.
Familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
