Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, and interview scheduling).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction activities.
Assist in organizing employee engagement and training programs.
Coordinate with departments for HR-related requirements.
Handle HR documentation and basic administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Any degree (preferably pursuing or completed
MBA/PGDM in HR
).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
