We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Maintain and update the candidate database on a regular basis.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
Support onboarding activities and documentation of new hires.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Handle daily HR recruitment-related tasks assigned by the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR functions is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
