Stipend Details : 3 Months : 9,000-10,000/month 6 Months : 12,000-14000/month Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources department. As an HR Intern, one will get an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various HR functions within our organization. This internship is designed to provide you with exposure to different aspects of HR and help you develop a foundational understanding of HR practices. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Participate in new employee onboarding activities by preparing welcome materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist in organizing HR documents, such as employment contracts, benefits information, and performance reviews.
• Participate in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Help maintain compensation data and assist in preparing reports related to payroll and benefits.
• Collaborate with team members on special HR initiatives and research as needed.

Key Competencies:

• Pursuing/Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR practices and procedures.
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate within a team environment.
