We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for candidates who have already completed at least one HR internship and are looking to gain deeper, hands-on exposure across core HR functions in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening and interview coordination
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
Support onboarding of new hires and manage exit formalities
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives
Prepare HR-related reports, MIS, and documentation as required
Coordinate with vendors and external partners for HR-related activities
Connect with colleges for hiring, placement drives, and coordination related to MoUs
Requirements
Must have prior experience as an HR Intern
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, MBA (HR), or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English)
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
