Job Title: HR Intern

Stipend: Up to 3k to 5k. (Performance-Based)

Full Time: 10:00AM to 6:00PM (Monday - Saturday)

- 1st month - Unpaid, only Incentive based

- From 2nd month - 3k to 5k per month + Incentives

- If you'll perform exceptionally really well, you'll get PPO (Pre-placement offer) and chance to be a full time HR Recruiter in our company,With salary Upto 4LPA.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to learn and grow in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.

- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

- Engage in employee engagement activities and ensure a positive work culture.

- Help with the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Coordinate with different departments to address HR-related queries and concerns.

Qualifications:

- Experience : Freshers or Minimum 6 month in HR Field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational and time-management abilities.

- Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
