Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the

end-to-end recruitment process

(sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups). Maintain and update

candidate databases

and HR records. Support in drafting

job descriptions, offer letters, and internship agreements

. Help organize and participate in

employee engagement activities

. Assist in

onboarding and induction

process for new joiners. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements. Support HR team in

daily administrative tasks

and

documentation

. Conduct initial screening calls for potential candidates. Contribute to the improvement of

HR policies and processes

.

Requirements:



Pursuing or completed

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR functions and processes. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
