Talent Acquisition (TA) Responsibilities



Support end-to-end recruitment processes

, including sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.

Post job openings

on internal and external job boards and track applications.

Assist in campus hiring initiatives

, including coordination of career fairs and internship programs.

Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS)

and ensure all recruitment data is up to date and accurate.

Conduct initial candidate assessments

, such as phone screenings or skill tests, under guidance.

Support employer branding initiatives

, including social media campaigns and engagement activities.

HR Business Partner (HRBP) Responsibilities



Assist in HR analytics and reporting

, such as turnover analysis, employee engagement metrics, and headcount tracking.

Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes

, ensuring smooth documentation and system updates.

Help coordinate training and development programs

, including scheduling sessions and tracking participation.

Assist with employee engagement activities

, surveys, and feedback initiatives.

Support policy implementation and communication

, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with HRBPs on strategic projects

, such as performance management cycles, succession planning, and organizational development.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
