Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment & onboarding Shortlist resumes and conduct initial interviews Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and clients Publish hiring ads on social media platforms Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation Support employee engagement and internal communication Assist in employee salary calculations Help streamline HR processes and reporting
Requirements:

MBA/BBA HR / Psychology students or freshers Excellent communication and coordination skills Interest in advertising, digital media & creative industry Familiarity with Google Workspace; Canva is a plus
