We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, company career page)
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Help coordinate new hire onboarding and documentation
Support HR team in organizing training and employee engagement activities
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in drafting HR documents and reports
Participate in HR audits and compliance activities
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Eagerness to learn about different HR functions
