Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events
Help prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations
Support attendance tracking and basic HR administration
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
