Internship Overview

You'll work closely with our HR team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and other HR processes.Confirmation of full-time employment will be based on performance After successful completion of the internship, performance will be reviewed, and based on the outcome, candidates may be considered for a

full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes Sourcing resumes through job portals and social media Screening and shortlisting candidates Scheduling and coordinating interviews Following up with candidates and maintaining databases Support onboarding and documentation processes Maintain and update candidate records in HR systems Coordinate with hiring managers for various roles Joining Formalities

Recent graduates or final year students in HR, Business Administration, or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition Proficient in MS Office and internet research Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity
