We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team on a remote basis. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
Maintain and update the candidate database while tracking recruitment progress.
Assist with onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Contribute to the development of HR policies, employee handbooks, and related documentation.
Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and virtual team-building events.
Address HR-related inquiries and provide administrative assistance to the HR team.
Assist in the implementation of performance evaluation and feedback processes.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive HR information.
Requirements :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
