Internship Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates Maintain and update HR databases and records Support onboarding processes and employee engagement activities Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and recruitment drives

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Malayalam (English & Hindi are a plus)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in HR/recruitment field
