Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment - IT & Non-IT
Assist in job postings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Work on hiring requirements for developers, designers, digital marketers, and admin/support roles.
Maintain applicant databases and manage follow-ups.
Coordinate onboarding formalities and document collection.
HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee data and ensure timely updates in internal systems.
Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll support.
Help prepare HR letters - offer, confirmation, internship, exit, etc.
Employee Engagement
Contribute ideas and support execution of employee engagement activities, events, and birthday/celebration planning.
Assist in preparing employee feedback forms and internal surveys.
Policy & Compliance
Support documentation of HR policies and help ensure team-wide compliance.
Assist in preparing and organizing SOPs and audit-ready HR records.
Learning & Development
Help plan and coordinate internal training sessions and development initiatives.
Maintain training trackers and feedback logs.
Performance & Reporting
Coordinate with managers for intern and employee performance tracking.
Help prepare monthly reports and feedback summaries.
Who We're Looking For
Passionate about HR and people management.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Workspace, or basic HRMS tools (bonus).
Organized, dependable, and proactive with a "can-do" attitude
