We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR Business Partner team. This internship offers hands-on experience in key HR functions and projects, giving you a deep understanding of how HR strategies align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HRBP in day-to-day operations and ongoing projects
Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
Help with data collection, reporting, and analysis related to HR metrics
Participate in onboarding and offboarding activities
Coordinate internal communications and event logistics
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
Support HR compliance and documentation tasks
Collaborate with different HR functions such as talent acquisition, learning & development, and performance management
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?11,000.00 per month
