We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our consultancy team. The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, client HR projects, and contribute to building efficient people management practices. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions in a consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
recruitment processes
- sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with clients.
Support in preparing
job descriptions, offer letters, and appointment letters
.
Maintain and update
employee databases and HR records
.
Assist in
onboarding and induction programs
for new hires.
Support in conducting
HR surveys, employee engagement initiatives, and training sessions
.
Assist HR consultants in preparing
HR reports, presentations, and documentation
for clients.
Research and benchmark HR policies, best practices, and industry trends.
Handle basic HR queries from candidates and employees under supervision.
Provide administrative support to the HR department in day-to-day tasks.
Job Types: Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ?1,000.00 - ?2,000.00 per month
