About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
2. Maintaining and updating the candidate database
3. Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
4. Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates\' fit for the role
5. Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
6. Ensuring a smooth interview process by providing candidates with necessary information and follow-up
7. Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and feedback
8. Maintaining a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely responses and professional interactions
9. Drafting and posting job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
10. Ensuring job postings are up-to-date and effectively reach the target audience
11. Assisting in tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining recruitment dashboards
12. Preparing reports on candidate pipeline, hiring progress, and other recruitment-related data
13. Assisting in the onboarding process by helping new hires complete necessary paperwork
14. Coordinating onboarding activities and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
7. Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards is a plus
8. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
