Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Gather documents of employees and file them
2. Screen resumes and schedule interviews
3. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates & managers
4. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
5. Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and initiatives. Ensure alignment with the overall business strategy of the company 6. Prepare forms, letters and documents
7. Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies 8. Participate in organizing company engagement activities
9.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of talent
10.Nurture a positive working environment
