Internship Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. You will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups). Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support in onboarding and induction of new employees. Perform other HR and admin-related tasks as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Hindi. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Duration:

6 months

Stipend:

Performance-based stipend after successful completion of 3 months
