About the Internship:

TrueAsset Consultancy is seeking a passionate and dedicated

HR Intern

to join our on-site Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day HR functions at the office Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, conducting telephonic screening, and coordinating interviews Help with employee documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities Maintain and update employee records and HR files Support HR events, engagement activities, and internal communication Draft job descriptions and internship postings Conduct basic research and assist with compliance and HR reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent communication and people skills Strong attention to detail and a learning attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Willingness to work from the Gurugram office (Sector 74A) Minimum availability of 5 days a week, 6-8 hours daily
