Screen resumes and applications.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and documentation.

Onboarding Assistance
Help prepare onboarding materials (offer letters, joining kits, etc.).
Support new hire orientation processes.
Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.

HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Help manage attendance, leaves, and timesheets.

Employee Engagement
Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities or events.
Collect employee feedback or assist in surveys.
5.
Training & Development
Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
Track employee training attendance and feedback.
6.
Compliance & Documentation
Assist in maintaining HR compliance by organizing and filing necessary documents.
Help ensure policies and procedures are communicated to staff.
7.
General Administrative Tasks
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.
