Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates Communicate with applicants regarding interview status and feedback Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Support the onboarding process for new hires Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements Provide general administrative support for the recruitment team

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals is a plus Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
