Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR letters, offer letters, and other documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
Help track attendance, leaves, and other HR metrics.
Support HR audits and compliance-related tasks.
Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree (pursuing or completed) in Human Resources,
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
