Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview feedback and follow-ups.
Onboarding & Documentation:
Support the onboarding process for new hires (documentation, welcome kits, induction).
Maintain and organize employee records and HR files.
HR Operations:
Assist in daily HR activities like attendance tracking, leave management, and data entry.
Support the preparation of HR letters, ID cards, and employee forms.
Employee Engagement:
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, birthdays, and internal events.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and assist in analysis.
Learning & Development:
Coordinate internal trainings and maintain training records.
Assist in creating HR presentations or content as needed.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
MBA/BBA in HR

Psychology

Commerce
, or related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
