Internship Overview

We are looking for a proactive and motivated

HR Intern

to join our Bangalore HR team for a

3-month internship

. This role will offer hands-on exposure to HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern at RenewBuy, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new hires Helping maintain and update employee records and HR databases Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and HR events Assisting in drafting HR letters, contracts, and documentation Supporting compliance tracking, attendance, and leave management Working on small HR projects related to process improvement or policy updates

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Eagerness to learn about core HR functions in a corporate/startup environment
