Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/tracker- KEKA.
Support employer branding activities and job postings across multiple platforms.
Build a basic talent pipeline for recurring roles.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Assist in generating weekly hiring reports and metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines efficiently.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training will be provided).
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Office tools.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.
