About the Role



We are seeking a HR Intern-Python who is passionate about programming, data, and automation. The ideal candidate should have strong Python skills, basic knowledge of APIs, and the ability to leverage AI-assisted coding tools. This role offers hands-on experience in developing applications, deploying code, building dashboards, and working with data repositories. The candidate should have a mindset to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced technical environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain Python scripts and applications.

Integrate and work with APIs for automation and data workflows.

Utilize AI-assisted coding tools for development and debugging.

Deploy code to server or cloud environments and support version control.

Design and build dashboards using Power BI for data visualization.

Contribute to creation and management of data repositories (added advantage).

Participate in workflow automation; exposure to orchestration tools like Apache Airflow is a plus.

Assist in documentation, code reviews, and team collaboration.

Requirements:

Strong programming skills in Python.

Basic understanding of APIs (REST, JSON, etc.).

Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot).

Completion of at least one Python full-stack course or certification.

Hands-on experience with Power BI and building dashboards.

Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take ownership of tasks.



Preferred Skills / Advantages



Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools (Airflow) or automation frameworks.

Understanding of data repositories and database management.

Familiarity with Git, SQL/NoSQL databases, and basic web frameworks (Flask/Django).

Exposure to cloud deployment (AWS, Azure).
