Position: HR Recruiter/HR Intern

Location: Kothrud Depot

Experience: Fresher

Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,

Salary: As per company norms

Skills Required:

1. Communication skills

2. MS Office Proficiency - knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

3. Recruitment & Selection - Understanding of hiring processes.

4. Time Management - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

2. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, Linkedin, and referrals.

3. Schedule and coordinate interviews.

4. Help with documentation and onboarding of new employees.
