Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews,conducting initial interviews.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates.
Assist in drafting employment contracts and offer letters.
Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introduction to company policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
Assist in maintaining HR databases, records, and filing systems.
Manage and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and performance data.
Assist in the performance appraisal process, including tracking and monitoring performance review cycles.
Address employee queries and provide general HR-related information.
Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Support employee engagement initiatives and employee recognition programs.
Qualifications:
Any degree in Human Resources or management related field.
Experience -Freshers
Willingness to learn HR aspects.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Good Communication Skills
Internship Certificate will be provided.
Qualification: BBA,MBA/MSW other relevant degree
