Mon - Fri: 9:30 am - 6:30pm

Mode: Work from Office

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Female HR Intern to assist our HR Executive with

daily HR functions. This internship provides hands-on experience in various aspects of Human

Resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

? Assist the HR Executive in daily HR operations and documentation.

? Support recruitment processes including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and

coordinating with candidates.

? Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

? Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.

? Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

? Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR-related documentation.

? Handle general HR queries and support other HR functions as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

? Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

? Good communication and interpersonal skills.

? Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

? Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
