About the Internship:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
Assist in drafting HR policies and communications
Support day-to-day administrative HR tasks
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR functions and tools
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
