Recruitment:
Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and managers.
Conduct 1st round of interviews.
HR Operations:
Initiating documentation and onboarding process of employees.
Provide proper HR Orientation.
Assisting in addressing and resolving employee concerns.
Other HR Operational work.
Audits & Other operational works:
Conduct various audits as per requirement like library, audit, IT audit etc.
Maintain proper data and documents of students, employees, etc, as and when required.
Who Should Apply?
Candidates with strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive individual with a keen interest in HR and operations.
