We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This paid internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources functions, develop professional skills, and understand the operational aspects of HR within a corporate environment.
Duties
Assist in sourcing candidates for sales, credit, collections, and support roles.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate documentation.
Support on-boarding formalities in line with company standards.
Maintain employee records, KYC documents.
Assist in preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and HR confirmations.
Support employee engagement initiatives in a startup environment
Assist in organizing training programs, POSH sessions, and compliance workshops.
Help draft internal HR communications and policy updates.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic understanding of HR processes and Indian labour laws preferred.
