Internship Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated

HR Interns

who are willing to learn practical HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and documentation through real-time corporate exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates from job portals and databases Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups Support onboarding formalities and document collection Maintain candidate and employee data in Google Sheets Assist in attendance tracking and HR reporting Support the HR team in daily administrative activities Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements

Eligibility & Skills Required

Pursuing or completed

MBA / BBA / B.Com / Graduation (any stream)

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email) Willingness to work from office Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Freshers and final-year students are welcome
