About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
HR Operations Intern
to join our growing team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR processes, from recruitment to employee engagement and compliance management.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in the
end-to-end recruitment process
-- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update
employee records

Support in drafting

Coordinate and assist in
employee engagement activities
and internal communication.
Help manage

and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Recent graduates or final-year students pursuing studies in

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
