About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources Department. This internship provides
hands-on experience in core HR operations
, including recruitment, documentation, onboarding, and compliance activities. It's an excellent opportunity for MBA (HR) students or graduates to gain practical exposure and build a strong foundation in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
Support
employee onboarding, induction, and documentation
processes.
Maintain and update
employee records, HR files, and registers
.
Prepare and manage
offer letters, appointment letters, and internship agreements
.
Help maintain
attendance, leave, and statutory HR documentation
.
Assist with
ISO and compliance documentation
.
Support in organizing
training sessions and employee engagement activities
.
Contribute to
HR reports, data entry, and departmental coordination
.
Eligibility Criteria:
MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
- pursuing or completed.
Strong interest in building a career in HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational ability.
