Recruitment Lifecycle, Employee Engagement, and Statutory Compliance
Key Learning Areas:
1? Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Assist with screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining the candidate database.
Learn practical recruitment strategies for shop floor and office roles.
2? Employee Relations & Engagement
Support employee engagement activities (safety training, medical camps, etc.).
Help document grievances and resolve basic employee queries.
3? HRIS & Documentation
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system.
Manage HR files and ensure statutory documents are up to date.
4? Statutory Compliance
Learn compliance requirements under the
Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF/ESI
, and other HR laws applicable to a manufacturing plant.
