Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job positions.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Help organize employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.
Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
