PPO opportunity is open for deserving and promising Intern.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help in organizing and coordinating training programs and events.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in conducting employee orientations and exit interviews.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects as required.
Requirements:
- Pursuing Final year last semester or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree/BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proactive and eager to learn about HR processes and practices.
- Prior internship or relevant experience in HR is a plus.
