The process includes end-to-end teacher hiring to exit, along with some internal hiring as needed.
Assist in HR functions such as maintaining employee records, tracking attendance and leave, and supporting performance review processes.
Coordinate teacher and student schedules to ensure smooth and timely class operations.
Assist in the onboarding process for new teachers and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Support both academic and operations teams in their daily activities.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records within internal systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and maintain high service quality.
Requirements:
Freshers or current students are highly encouraged to apply - full training will be provided.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
A proactive, student-first attitude with a keen interest in learning and development.
Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate immediately.
