Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
Help organize employee engagement activities and events
Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation
Contribute to internal communications and feedback initiatives
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
Currently having degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Experiences
Should have minimum 6months of experience in HR Domain.
