Job Title : HR Intern
Role Overview: As an HR Intern at apnaHR, you will gain valuable exposure to various
facets of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, on-boarding,
training, and HR analytics. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced
HR professionals and develop practical skills in HR operations. You will play a key role in
supporting the HR team and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work
environment.
In addition, based on your performance during the internship, there is an opportunity to
receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings,
screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support in the preparation of offer letters, on-boarding documentation, and orientation
for new hires.
Help in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities, events, and
training sessions.
Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files in a confidential
manner.
Assist with employee benefits administration, performance appraisals, and employee
queries.
Help in conducting exit interviews and preparing reports on employee turnover and
feedback.
Support HR team in other ad-hoc projects, administrative tasks, and HR policy
implementation.
Contribute ideas and insights to improve HR processes and enhance employee
experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple
tasks.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
