As a fast-growing EdTech company, we are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic
HR Intern
to support our people operations and recruitment efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure to hiring, HR operations, and culture-building in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end hiring across roles (sourcing, screening, interview scheduling)
Manage and update candidate pipelines using ATS
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication
Support HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement
Help execute HR initiatives such as team events, culture activities, and surveys
Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree
Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and people operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Proficient in Google Workspace; ATS familiarity is a plus
