Job Summary

As an

HR Intern

, you will assist the HR team with recruitment coordination, employee documentation, onboarding processes, and daily HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience and mentorship in core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and referrals. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates professionally. Support onboarding and employee documentation processes. Maintain and update HR records and databases accurately. Assist in attendance tracking, leave records, and HR reports. Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives. Help the HR team with daily administrative and HR tasks.

What We're Looking For

Female candidates only

. Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes. Good organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations. Prior HR internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Stipend

?15,000 per month
